- The abdomen and love handles (flank) are areas where fat tends to accumulate easily and becomes harder to lose as one gets older.
  
  Abdominal fat is structured in three layers, and as it accumulates thickly, liposuction can have a significant effect. Since upper and lower abdomen fat often appear together, the majority of cases involve treating both areas, and it is also possible to address the sides and back.
  
  Resolving abdominal obesity through liposuction not only reduces the number of fat cells but also offers potential benefits in preventing various adult diseases.
- Love handles are an area where a significant amount of fat accumulates along with the abdominal region, making them an ideal target for liposuction.
  Since fat tends to accumulate in the upper and lower abdomen as well as the love handles, these areas are often treated together.

  The area where the upper part of the arm meets the outer part of the chest can develop excess fat that overlaps and appears bulgy. Underarm liposuction can be considered to address this issue.

  If necessary, small incisions can be made in the folds of the armpits to perform liposuction and remove any remaining glandular tissue alongside the excess fat, reducing volume and improving the overall appearance.
